What is Cashflow 101?

Cashflow 101 is a board game that teaches fundamental investing, which means being able to read financial statements. Cashflow 202 teaches techincal investing, which means knowing how to make money when markets are going up and when markets are coming down.

We recommend taking your time learning Cashflow 101 before moving onto Cashflow 202.

The Cashflow game is purposely more expensive than other board games to ensure the person purchasing the game would be serious about his or her financial education. There are also thousands of Cashflow Clubs around the world that will let you play for free and meet others who are like minded!

Question: "Who manages the residential properties that you own? Who repairs the the plumbing, collects the rents, etc.?

Kim Kiyosaki: "In the beginning I did everything myself, because I wanted to learn. Now, I have a property management company that does everything. You've got to get in there and not be afraid. I lost money at first, but I learned what I needed to know in order to manage a property and how to know what the property management company should be doing."
